# Learn And Save Workflows

> Learn an action, save a template, and make it your own.

## Learn An Action

Open **Learn** and search the topics in the second drawer. Each topic includes
a short guide and a starting Workflow. Recorded videos appear when available;
you can use the guide before the video is ready.

Choose **Use This Workflow**. If you need to sign in, the site returns you to
the selected template afterward.

## Save Your Copy

1. Choose a name using lowercase words joined by hyphens.
2. Select **Preview Workflow** and review the plan's starting resources.
3. Select **Save to My Workflows**, then **Open Workflow**.

Your copy is private and independent. It starts with a plan, an empty data
collection and a file folder. Saving does not start an agent, schedule work,
or charge for a run. You choose how to use it afterward.

If a save cannot be confirmed, use **Retry Save** on that same screen. It
recovers the same request rather than intentionally making another copy.

## Your Workflows

Each personal account has one home for all its Workflows. Search the list to
open a Workflow. To rename the home, open **Details**, find **Your Workflows**,
edit **Display Name**, then select **Save Name**. The name can be anything you
prefer; renaming keeps your account, Workflows and data together.

Business teams, administrator assignment and multiple managed homes are
planned separately and are not part of the personal experience.

## Technical Names

The API calls the account's data and permission boundary a `workspace`.
Existing URLs and API capabilities retain that name. Website labels say
**Workflows** and **Workflow Access**; those labels do not change what an API
key can read or modify.
